I am a Charlotte Wedding-Stylist who will travel across the country to do what I love.

On 5/16/2015, all the way across the nation, in Temecula, California, I had the honor of styling my best friend on her wedding day.

Thyda chose me as her Wedding Stylist a n d Bridesmaid! I know it sounds like a lot of work, but it really wasn’t.

Because when you truly love what you do, it never feels like work:)

Especially for a natural beauty like herself, I didn’t have to do much.

In the photo below, I am adding e few hair extensions to give her hair style more volume. She has a ton of hair, but we want to be sure her hair style will make it through the change of outfits and all the dancing:)

And MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

Her hair looked perfectly beautiful the whole entire night!

All Wedding packages include a Trial Run.

Thyda scheduled her’s several months in advance so we already knew what direction we were going.

We chose a classy, modern-vintage up-do to compliment her stunning wedding gown.

The hair style we decided on was classic and timeless so it went perfect with all three of her gowns.

Twenty years ago, I would have never dreamed I’d be all the way in California on my best friend’s wedding day,

holding such an important role on the most important day of her life.

If I can do it all over again, you count on me to!

Hmmm… so does this officially make me “Nationwide Wedding Stylist” ?

Since I have a track record of beautifying my gorgeous friends on their wedding day?

They say a picture is worth a thousand words… Well this is exactly why… Nearly 2 decades ago Thyda was my guinea pig.

I’d experience hair cuts, color, or up-dos with my favorite girl. (She’s so sweet, always down for whatever)

She was the first friend that never failed to support my creative skills and has always been motivating and encouraging. This angel has always believed in me, even if she has to wear bikini tops and cornrows. (way back when I entered hair show competitions)

There are times when I come up with an idea and just can not explain my vision, she makes my life easier by simply putting her trust in me.

Fast forward to our mid- thirties and here I am AGAIN, on her wedding day, (as we planned) and as I’m doing her hair and telling her how awesome it is that dreams do come true…. We both had an emotional moment.

Leann and I were assisting the bridesmaids with Hair and makeup. Leann is a future Nurse Practictioner. But she’s got the SKILLS to pay the BILLS in the art department. ?
