After dropping the little ones off at school, we noticed a new breakfast spot and immediately turned into the parking lot. It was only 8:30am and this place was packed!
[First Watch is open daily from 7:00am-2:30pm.]

Mother/daughter moments for us typically include breakfast or brunch at an outdoor cafe. We’re always down to try all of the best brunch menus in Charlotte!
We were excited to see tables and umbrellas outside in front of the restaurant!
We have one thing in common
as a family … we prefer outdoor seating options during a meal.
It makes the overall experience much more enjoyable!

“First impressions last”… Customer service is the first thing we notice as we enter a business.
At First Watch, we were politely greeted; the staff were extremely friendly, and made us feel welcomed the entire time.
As we were being seated, I couldn’t help but notice the elaborate rustic decor of the restaurant. The details described the theme of the food very well.
Thinking to myself, “this may be our new go-to for brunch!” Because atmosphere is everything!
There’s a chalkboard with daily specials listed that also captured our attention.
“Did someone say MATCHA pancakes?!” Yes! Sold! ?

Liyah ordered Matcha pancakes with no hesitation.
I was so impressed by the uniqueness of the menu that I honestly wanted to order everything in each category!
For once – there’s a breakfast/brunch/lunch spot in town with an extensive menu! We’ve been lacking a place like this for so long!
I can seriously appreciate a variety of options on a menu. First Watch has the best brunch menu! I can guarantee you will find something that’ll satisfy your breakfast cravings – whether sweet or savory.
You know me… I go straight to the “Healthier” side.
I ordered the coconut chia pudding with peanut butter toast.
It’s early so why not start off light? ?

Our server Khaleeda was the best! Very knowledgeable with the menu and took very good care of us.
After we were done eating, Liyah and I couldn’t wait to have an excuse to come back! There was so much on the menu that caught our eyes but our bellies weren’t big enough to hold it!
We’ve had visitors from out of town request us to take them to First Watch because we want them to experience the best brunch menu in Charlotte!
We love it so much we even planned our 4th of July family brunch there!
Like “love at first sight” – We felt the connection and trusted our instinct from our very first look at First Watch.
