How to eat a Low Calorie Big Breakfast


Here’s “my version” of pancakes, waffles, grits, scrambled eggs, and hash browns. Brain food.

But wait, I  d i d  just trick you with the cover photo, right? ? Well how else would I be able to lure you into my nutritional BIG breakfast ?!!

Would you want to start your day off with a brain boost and positive energy or sluggish with a risk of heart failure? I’ll let you do the math. This is an example of my big breakfast on a low caloric health calculation.


One boiled egg, (70 calories) half of an avocado, (150 calories) one half cup of blueberries, (35 calories) and a few slices of tomatoes.(8 calories) = 263 calories



Why boiled and not scrambled eggs? Boiled eggs are healthier and lower in calories. Higher temperature cooking such as frying produces toxic compounds that puts your health at risk for future diseases. Boiling the egg holds the nutritional value of the protein and other vitamins by not killing it.


Avocados have been one of the most important  fruits to eat on the daily super foods list. It is packed with so many health benefits to fight cancer, cholesterol, diabetes, and more.


Tomatoes are also on the list of foods to eat daily. With vitamin c, and others, it is another fruit that fights cancer.



Blueberries are strong in antioxidants. Berries for years have been proven to help with poor blood circulation and gives you vital nutrients to support blood flow, heart diseases, builds your immune system and also fights cancer.

Because the human body can do what it wants to do, whether it decides to grow cancer in the body or not, we should always try our best to protect ourselves by eating fruit, vegetables and protein naturally. If you take the short cut, you are cutting out the important values of the food. So you might as well eat paper, basically. Empty calories are a waste of life.

I used to think it was  more expensive to eat organic, whole foods. And it CAN be slightly more. But I’d rather pay the extra couple of dollars now instead of paying hospital bills for the rest of my life! No money in this world can replace your life. Just when you tell yourself you love all the money you make from work… Well… You won’t be making any money if you’re not alive!

My ultimate goal in life is to live a long, healthy life so I can hang out with my grandkids.
